Delivery

We deliver school books and art supplies to all thirty-two counties in Ireland. If you are outside the country and wish to purchase school books simply e- mail us and we will be more than happy to assist you with a shipping quote. All goods are delivered by Fastway Couriers. All Fastway deliveries are track-able. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of ordering however if an order is placed for an item which is reprinting or out of stock this will take longer.


Free Delivery


We offer free delivery on all orders over €100.00 (excluding VAT). Any orders below this may incur a delivery charge of €6.00 +VAT.

Deliveries to some remote parts of the Ireland may incur an additional charge, irrespective of the order amount. Please call for details.
 

I only received part of my order. What happened? When will I receive the remainder of my order?

While we endeavour to deliver all items in your order together, we will occasionally ship part of your order separately due to stock issues. For example, if you order three items and one of them is out of stock, we may dispatch the two in-stock items while we await new stock of the third item. On these occasions, we will continue to update you via email as your order progresses.


Same Day Delivery


If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know and we will endeavour to provide a same day delivery, subject to product availability (same day delivery is only available within a 20 km radius of our premises and may include an extra charge).
 

Rubber Stamp Orders


All personalised Rubber stamps ordered through online or via email may take up to 2 weeks to be made and dispatched. 



Returns


You can return items which are no longer required, if you notify us within seven working days from receipt of order. All items must be un-opened and in re-saleable condition.
We will issue a full refund for items which are no longer required if we are notified within the timeframe stated above. We will not reimburse any costs for postage and packing incurred as a result of returning the unwanted item(s).

Please report any damages or shortages within 2 days of receipt of your order.  
 
All returns requests, damages and shortages must be reported to us in writing via email.
